About us

Who you would be working with

Brothers Consulting is a short-term rental management company based in Porto Heli, in the municipality of Ermionida, Argolida, in the Peloponnese, Greece. It was founded in December 2025, with more than twenty years of hospitality experience behind it.

We currently look after eleven properties across Porto Heli, Agios Aimilianos, Koilada and Kynouria, from a two-person apartment at the port to a private estate of twenty thousand square metres. Every one of them is managed by us directly, on the ground, through the season.

Questions

What owners ask us first

Can my property be let short-term at all?

Short-term letting is legal in Greece and the property needs to be registered for it, with an AMA number displayed on every listing. Beyond that it depends on where you are — some buildings restrict it in their own rules, and some municipalities have added conditions of their own. Tell us where the property is and we will tell you where it stands under the rules as they are now.

What will I earn?

Honestly, it depends on the property, the area and the season, and anyone who gives you a number before seeing it is guessing. What we can tell you is how comparable properties nearby are performing, what your season realistically looks like, and where the rate should sit week by week to fill it without giving it away. We would rather show you that than promise a figure.

What about tax?

It depends on how you hold the property and how you let it — as an individual or through a company, and whether short-term letting counts as business activity in your case. The treatment differs between them and the rules have moved more than once in recent years. We will tell you which regime is likely to apply to you and what it means in practice, and for anything that needs signing off, your accountant should have the last word.

Do I need to be there?

No. That is the point of it. We handle arrivals, cleaning, guests and whatever comes up while they are staying. You hear from us when there is something you need to decide, not every time a towel goes missing.

Can I still use the property myself?

Yes. It stays your house. Tell us the dates you want and we block them off — earlier is better in high season, since those weeks are usually booked well ahead.

Do I have to commit for a long time?

No. We are happy to start on a short contract so both sides can see how it goes before anyone commits to more. If it works, we continue. If it does not, you have lost a season rather than years.

Tell us about your property

Where it is, what it is, and what you are hoping for. We will tell you plainly whether we are the right people for it.
